Weather & Wildlife Policy
Our adventures are run in the open ocean, which means Mother Nature is in charge. While we always do our best to provide safe, fun, and memorable experiences, we cannot control the weather, sea conditions, or the movement of wild animals.

-
Inclement Weather: Should conditions be unsafe, trips may be delayed, rescheduled, or adapted at the skipper’s discretion. Safety always comes first. No refunds will be issued in the case of weather-related cancellations,.
-
Wildlife Sightings: Encounters with dolphins, whales, sharks, sardines, or other marine life cannot be guaranteed. No refunds will be made in the event of limited or no sightings.
-
Alternative Activities: If trips are canceled due to weather and we offer alternative land-based or indoor activities, participation in those is entirely optional and at your own cost.
By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept the unpredictability of the ocean and wildlife, and agree that we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.
